In order for Sexy Creations to provide wholesale pricing and process wholesale orders, we are required to obtain specific information about your business and maintain a physical copy of your state/government issued business license & tax id resellers license. Qualifying businesses must be able to show they are apparel related in order to be approved. This could also require proof of an approved DBA or Fictitious Business Name filing in your locale. This supporting documentation will be requested during the approval process.

Be sure to include all website information as we must ensure your website meets with the specific criteria established by the vendors available within the wholesale area. Image use is very strict and prohibits the display of images in connection with adult novelty or pornographic images.

Your application will be reviewed upon submission and activated once complete. It is important to provide all the information requested as you will not be able to access selection or pricing until your account has been approved.

Order Minimums	Sexy Creations does not require a minimum order.
Drop Shipping	Drop shipping is available to any address located inside the 50 United States. There is a surcharge of $5.00 + shipping per delivery address.
Return Policy	There will be no claims on used goods. Only discrepancies or damaged goods will qualify for return or exchange. All claims for discrepancies or damaged goods must be made within 5 days of the receipt of the order. Returns will not be accepted without prior written authorization from Sexy Creations, Inc. Authorization for returns may be requested by contacting our office at 760-231-1033 or by email. A return authorization number and instructions will be sent if the request is approved. Merchandise returned without a return authorization number will be refused. A credit memo will be issued against merchandise purchases only. All refused/returned shipments will result in a 25% restocking or reshipping charge plus freight costs incurred. Charges will be added to reshipments or future orders. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Image Use	It is agreed to and understood that you accept use of the images provided by Sexy Creations for the sole purpose of obtaining retail sales on the Internet or through your brick and mortar location. It is understood that these images are, and always will be, the property of the respective manufacturers represented in our offerings. You are allowed, under the provisions of this agreement, to place the images on your Web site(s) in order to obtain and secure retail sales of merchandise provided through your participation in Sexy Creations wholesale program. It is understood that Sexy Creations is loaning the images with the authority of the represented manufacturers and they are not to be exploited or used in any way other than on your Web site and strictly for the use of obtaining retail sales. It is also understood that no images obtained through our program are to be displayed with adult novelty items, videos or anything else that could be considered pornographic. Due to restricted model releases secured by the manufacturers distributed by Sexy Creations, any other use of these images could result in legal action from the models pictured, modeling agencies, manufacturers represented and/or Sexy Creations.
Terms and Conditions	All registered businesses are subject to random inspection to ensure all policies and requirements are adhered to. Sexy Creations must be notified if your business structure or circumstances change and you account will subject to re-evaluation to determine your continued qualifications. Any business determined to be in violation of any stated policies will have their accounts suspended pending the correction of notified violations. Sexy Creations, and the manufacturers represented in this program, have the authority to change requirements and conditions based on business needs & changes if they are deemed necessary.
