PROCESSING TIME: Processing times vary by manufacturer and represent the time it takes for the shipping warehouse to process, pull and pack your order for shipping. This time frame is determined by each individual warehouse, does not include transit times and cannot be altered. The estimated processing time for any item is displayed above in the product details. This should be added to the average transit time for your preferred shipping method in order to estimate when your order should arrive at its chosen destination.

RUSH PROCESSING: While not available on every item, some lines do offer rush processing options for a nominal fee should they be requested. Availability will be indicated above in the product details if available. If selected, that option will apply to that item only and will allow the requested item to ship to addresses located inside the 50 United States within 1-3 business days (on average) for non-production items and 5-7 business days (on average) for production pieces via any UPS shipping method selected. Rush processing is not available with USPS shipping methods. Any other items will ship separately in accordance with the stated processing times for said items. Rush processing fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

RETURN POLICIES: Full details of our return policies are located in the Support Center, but here are some general guidelines you should be aware of as you shop. CLEARANCE AND CLOSE OUT ITEMS can be returned for an exchange or store credit only. COSTUMES are considered seasonal purchases when bought during specific times of year. These times are specified above and costumes purchased during those months cannot be returned or exchanged. Costumes purchased outside those restrictions can be returned or exchanged if necessary. WIGS are not eligible for return or exchange due to local health codes and concerns. HOSIERY cannot be returned or exchanged once the package has been opened. BATH AND BODY PRODUCTS cannot be returned or exchanged once the package has been opened.
